Dark Avenger (1990)

 

                                                                             Shades of the Shadow, Batman and Darkman, an honest judge (Leigh Lawson) double-crossed by corrupt police is disfigured, acid-scarred and presumed dead, backed by an electronics expert (Maggie Han), only to return as a mysterious vigilante avenger with a cybernetic taser right arm and a metallic Phantom of the Opera-style like mask.
